At Gem Reveal, we truly love what we do. A demonstration video has been displayed on Facebook to show an example of how our store conducts business. Most companies do not display a demonstration before purchasing. To summarize, we do not accept returns. Each order is one of a kind, and I hope you will be open-minded to any items you may receive!

REPLACEMENTS/MISSING PACKAGES

For missing or lost packages, a proper claim will need to be made through the United States Post Office. We typically do not replace orders. We may consider offering something to help appease you as a one-time courtesy, but it is not guaranteed. This will depend on the factors surrounding your missing package. Please keep in mind that one-of-a kind gemstones and jewelry cannot be replaced. It is recommended that you file a proper claim with the post office since they can assist with reimbursing you for anything that they lose in transit.

If missing packages become a habit, we may consider denying future orders with Gem Reveal all together. If ANY package has gone missing, we will form our own investigation to make sure all lost packages have been properly reported by the client.

SUGGESTIONS FOR UNHAPPY CLIENTS

1st Suggestion: You may attempt to sell the items received. Once your order arrives, it is yours to keep. Others may pay even more than the amount spent if you are truly unhappy with your purchase.
2nd Suggestion: GIFT IT! We all have friends, family members, or neighbors who would love collectible stones and stunning jewelry. It is so thoughtful to give these treasures away!

To our knowledge, all gemstones that are displayed were naturally mined from the earth. Certain stones may be slightly enhanced or treated to improve their beauty. 98% of gemstones in the world are treated, but it is important to directly disclose that we do not claim to offer the finest quality. Occasionally, gemstones may be very slightly chipped or contain small to large inclusions. Gem Reveal strives to provide stones that appear clear to the naked eye.

The gemstones that are revealed may vary in value depending on the person or professional who views them.

On occasion, the host may inaccurately identify a stone if they are similar in color. For example, we may confuse a "Citrine" with a "Lemon Quartz" as they are incredibly similar shades of yellow.
We will not be held accountable for an honest mistake like this.

Not every stone revealed has been faceted by high-end cutting facilities. They are shaped fairly to still be visually appealing to the human eye. Every stone should be eligible for installation in a jewelry setting. Please do not expect perfection from the items you receive. Oftentimes, from many perspectives, flaws are what give gemstones their character. Mined gemstones generally have natural inclusions that develop while forming in the earth.

LOCKET/JEWELRY DISCLOSURE

Gem Reveal is not responsible for any type of skin irritation that may come from wearing our lockets or jewelry. We will disclose any knowledge available about the type of metal used in each piece of jewelry. It is up to the purchaser with such concerns to take the time to review this thoroughly. We do our best to avoid offering anything that is low-grade metal, but each person has a different skin sensitivity. Please be sure to review this policy, as all sales are final.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SUGGESTIVE/INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE

Absolutely NO inappropriate or suggestive behavior is tolerated by Gem Reveal. This company is independently owned and operated, but occasional volunteers may monitor live parties to immediately report and block suggestive and vulgar language. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Curse words, derogatory slang, suggestive commentary, or any form of harassment.
- Disrespecting other members of the party.
- ANY hostile or rude behavior.
